What is ‘Personalised Training’?
A specific and personally tailored style of training focused on your individual goals and needs/requirements. Common goals include weight loss, improved strength and balance, rehabilitation, general health improvements or just needing the extra motivation!
Why do I need Personalised Training?
Some need extra supervision as they have little gym experience or have injury concerns. Others need motivation and someone to work them harder than they may work themselves. Many people waste money on gym memberships that they never use – make the commitment to achieve your goals and discover the benefits of Personalised Training at Regenerate.
Who are the trainers?
All Regenerate trainers are qualified Exercise Physiologists, which means they have completed extensive tertiary studies in the area of Health and Exercise Science.
The trainers are highly experienced in the prescription of exercise and work closely with Regenerate physiotherapists to continuously improve and broaden their knowledge.
Tailored Packages
All sessions and assessments are completed by an Exercise Physiologist.
6 Week ‘Kick Start’
- 2 x session per week - ½ hr or 1 hr
- Initial Appraisal
- 6 Week Review & Re-Assessment
- Unlimited gym use
Ideal if you are lacking a bit of motivation, new to the gym environment or need some new exercise ideas, and enjoy extra attention and guidance.
10 week ‘Health & Fitness’
- 2 x session per week – ½ hr or 1 hr
- 1hr Initial Appraisal
- 6 wk Re-Assessment & Review
- Final Review and Re-Assessment
- Unlimited gym useº
Ideal if need ongoing support and motivation, or have a specific long term health related goal ie. diabetes management.
10 week ‘Trim & Taut’
- 2 x ½ hr sessions per week
- 1hr Initial Appraisal – including BMI, weight, measurements
- Weekly weigh-in and review
- 6wk progress & goal review
- Ongoing nutritional advice
- Final Review and Weigh In
- Unlimited gym use
Ideal if you want to lose weight but not sure how or need extra guidance and motivation with nutrition and exercise regimes.
6 week ‘Rehab & Restart’
- Specific rehabilitation targeted program*
- 6 week course
- 2 x 1hr sessions per week
- 1 hr Initial Appraisal – including postural assessment, range of motion, & biomechanics
- Development of home exercise program
- Final Re-Assessment & Review- with ongoing program recommendations
- Unlimited gym use
Ideal if you are recovering from injury, progressing from acute rehabilitation with physio or similar, or suffer from chronic musculo-skeletal problems that are aggravated by exercise.

Casual Rates & Session Blocks
Individual 30 minute or 1 hour sessions with an Exercise Physiologists are available.
Alternatively you can purchase a block of 10 x 30 minute or 1 hour sessions.
Small Group Training (3-5 people)
Private group classes run by a qualified Exercise Physiologist to cater for those who enjoy exercising with friends or family at a selected time.
The class is structured and designed to suit the aims of the group and can incorporate outdoor training, cardiovascular fitness training, strength training, flexibility and balance training, and Pilate's concepts.
Brief health and injury assessment of participants carried out prior to attendance and GP clearance may be required.
