To Join

To join simply contact us at the centre on 9284 0388 to book your initial appraisal. You can join at the same time. Appointments are available from 6am to 7pm weekdays and 8am to 12pm on weekends.

Personal Training

Personal training conducted by an exercise physiologist specifically targeted to individual needs and goals such as weight loss, fitness or rehabilitation. Exercising with a trainer helps you achieve your goals faster. Check out our Personal Training Packages.
