About Our Centre
Regenerate is a unique centre in WA combining the expertise of physiotherapy with a full gym facility. Our Churchlands centre is on the Floreat and Wembley border.It is one of only two physiotherapy owned commercial gyms in Perth, so you can be assured you will get the safest and most effective exercise program available.
The centre boasts a full commercial gym, a clinical pilates studio and is one of only five centres in WA with the Galileo Whole Body Vibration machine.
Our treatment philosophy is to facilitate optimal injury recovery by:
- Providing early assessment, diagnosis and hands on treatment
- Education about the cause of injury and how to prevent it recurring
- Biomechanical analysis to determine any muscle imbalance or deficiencies
- Specific corrective exercise programs
- General and maintenance fitness programs
- Sports specific programs
Our gym is fully supervised and all memberships include personalised programs done for you. Most of our clients live locally in the suburbs of Floreat, City Beach, Wembley and Churchlands.
We run specific programs for back and neck pain, osteoporosis and osteoarthritis.
The Gym is staffed by qualified Exercise Physiologists. Exercise Physiologists have a tertiary qualification in Human Movement or Sports Science and have had experience in working with clients with pain or injuries. They are also expereinced in developing effective programs for weight loss, general fitness, athletic performance, flexibility, core strength and muscle gain. Gym staff have constant access to physiotherapists from Regenerate Physiotherapy so a high level of expertise is always at hand.
Both Medicare and HBF now provide a rebate for sessions with an Exercise Physiologist in some circumstances. Regenerate has Exercise Physiologists with provider numbers for both Medicare and HBF. Contact the centre for more information about Exercise Physiology Rebates.
