Fitness Pilates
Fitness Pilates are small group classes (1 Exercise Physiologist to 4 people) incorporating traditional Pilates exercises, stretching, resistance and cardiovascular training for an all over body workout. Sessions are 55 minutes in duration and exercises are modified to suit individual needs.
All participants are required to have an assessment prior to commmencing classes, which will include medical screening, functional testing, goal setting and an introduction to Pilates.
Fitness Pilates classes are a great way to improve your core strength, posture and overall fitness levels.
Cost:
1 hour initial assessment: $65
Non-gym members: 10 pack for $300
Gym members: 10 pack for $250
Session times:
Mon: 9am & 11am
Tue: 1:30pm & 2:30pm
Wed: 6am & 9am
Thur: 6am & 2:30pm
Fri: 7am, 9am & 1:30pm
Alternatively, grab some friends and choose your own time!
